Let me start by saying that on a scale of one being the worst and five being the best, I would give them a 10! Talk about good, honest, hard work, and taking care of the customer. This unbelievable customer service started with the owner driving me back to my house so that I would not have to sit there and wait while my car was being worked on or
have someone else pick me up. When my car was finished he came back to my house to pick me up. I asked for the car wash, wax job, detailing of the interior, restoration of the headlights (which was spectacular in itself), window tinting, and checking the air in the tires. They did all of that as well as sanding the front bumper to see if they could remove some stains that were in the paint, restoration of the vinyl and literally cleaned every single nook and cranny of the vehicle. When it was all said and done the owner inspected the car. He pointed out a few different places for them to go over that I would have never, ever thought of. I cannot even begin to express how thorough these guys were. It blew my mind. I have OCD folks. I clean EVERY thing and I would have NEVER, thought about a few of these things! EVER! I also need to mention the guy that does their window tinting. Talk about professional. He matched my two front windows to the others PERFECTLY! I could not believe it. If you go anywhere else other than SEVANA’s Car Wash, you are wasting your time and your money. Yes, it took some time. However, I would have gladly waited 2 days for the service that I got from these folks! Look no further. This is the only place to go!
