The hours and days that this post office are open is ridiculous. This particular post office seems to fit with the Holiday's stereotype of pure laziness. As for politeness and my feelings in regards to the level of respect from a customer view point: The service desk employees act as if I'm an inconvenience as soon as I walk in the door. They need to be happy they have a job. Especially since most services that the post office offers can be done via the internet and technology at our hands now. I have maybe had 1 or 2 good experiences with an employee at the desk.

They left a notice saying I wasn't there to sign. I was there all day. I don't think the guy even came to the door. I filled out a form online saying please deliver the next day. NO PACKAGE!!!

I don't know which of your mail carriers delivers to Continental Dr.34690 , but sent a Christmas Card 2x to a friend there and your mail carrier was told by a person in that mobile home park that my friends moved and your mail carrier believed him didn't check it out at the office just took the guys word for it. My friend and his mom were wondering why they weren't getting mail for a week and I had emailed him telling him I got his card and my mom and I sent his card out 2weeks before Christmas. Since when do mail carriers take some ones else's' word that the other person moved; when it has to be in writing to stop or forward mail for any reason. This person has done it to a few other people in the park also. You know it gets me mad I had to use another stamp to mail out my friends card a 2nd time ; now I got to use a 3rd stamp & envelope to mail it again. It's stuff like this along with damaged cards & envelopes that get people mad at the P.O. & you want to raise prices in Jan. to $.4
