1 star is really too much. This is a contractor with no integrity. I recently called him about a broken fan he installed 10 months ago that still has a two year warranty. He told me to take it out myself and bring it to him, then went on to say his supplier wouldn't take it back. He wouldn't stand behind it either. Now we have hired an honest HVAC person to correct all his mistakes and shoddy work, which is fine I'd never let this man in my house again. He installed an air conditioner at my work and dropped it down the side of the building gouging the new paint job. When he was called out on it he said if I had some extra paint he'd touch it up. If you let him work for you he shows up unannounced wanting money, with no invoice. I find it odd his supplier is only cash and carry with him, he must not have good credit. When I parted ways with him he called my boss to tell on me, what 40 year old man does that? Stay away from this one, you'll have to call in another contractor anyway to fix his mistakes.
