So i talk to a manager yesterday to discuss about the stuff i got to see can i return it because the table wasnt build right the couch have a tear on it when they brought into my house they told me they didn't see that until they brought it into my house so the manager supposed to call me back yesterday and did so i call him back today a other guy told me he was in a interview and he will get him a note to call me so i didnt recieve no call again and this was at 1:30. so i call them back they told me he left for the day. So people dont buy anything from them at all

I went to these people for an easy way to purchase/rent a laptop, since my old computer decided to take a crap on me in the middle of school work. That first time went fine. I was satisfied. The second time, there was a new store manager and I had rented a TV and chair and a bed frame since we had moved to a new location. Nothing but problems from day 1 with these people. The members are under-trained, rude, and completely lax with their rules. I do not suggest going to this facility because they are not completely forthcoming about the lease and it's short-comings with you what-so-ever.
