It's a horrible place to work. The noise is off the charts and the hours make it so that you get no time with your family.

I have worked at Challenge for 9 years. I think there are some low life people there that make things rough for everybody. There's always some corrupt people in management everywhere, but I like my job and it pays the bills. When nobody else wanted me because of my age I think, they hired me. I thank God for Challenge, and there are a lot of good people there, management and non-management.

I have been working for challenge for 1 year now and it's a poor place to work for. Wages and raises are very low. Upper management shows favoritism. Some supervisors and workers come in smelling like alcohol. Very few fans. I could go on and on. I would not recommend working here.
