I will start by saying that I am usually very wary of used car salesmen. It takes a lot for someone to impress me enough to take my time to write a review like this. However, Concept Motors is definitely deserving of this. I am very happy with the interaction I had.



Jeremy at Concept Motors conducts business with a high amount of professionalism and integrity. He genuinely cares about helping people find a car that is safe and reliable, but also affordable.



When I came to Concept Motors looking at cars Jeremy was very honest and straight with me. He did not withhold any information about the cars. He made sure i knew both the GOOD and the BAD with each vehicle that i was interested in. This helped me make a very informed decision. Once I found a vehicle and we made a deal, Jeremy went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. He made sure that the car was in the best possible condition he could before I took the car.



Great customer service is becoming a rarity in today's world. This is especially true in used car sales. Concept Motors is a place intentionally trying to build their business with great customer service and integrity. These guys are people that you want to do business with. I spent a lot of time visiting other small used car places in the West MI area,. Next time I need a car, I'll be heading directly to concept motors first
