Everything we do is to provide you with a comfortable environment equipped with full amenities at this womens only gym. Girlfriends Fit Club has no contract, no commitment membership option!

LOVE this club! Friendly staff, clean environment, great class instructors and personal trainers. I love their childcare and feel safe putting my 1 year old in there while I'm working out. I would highly recommend this Club if your looking around!

I have been working out there and teaching classes as independent contractor since it opened...about 10 years now. I have taught classes at various places in my life, but GFFC comes to the top on my "favorite" list. Members are very friendly. The place is clean and oder free!!! Scan card system is fabulous in terms of safety. If you look for a community of women to connect, this would be a great place for you. I love that I made so many friends of all generations there.
