Good food & helpful staff.

Me and my wife made a 25 mile special trip to your restaurant at 2am just to try it out for the first time. We both ordered a #17 all star meal plus I wanted to try the chicken tenders but I was told no chicken after 2am no big deal on that but a sign on the menu stating no chicken after 2am would be nice.so the guy in the back is putting together our burgers seems like forever they are sitting on the counter putting them together then I see him scrape something off and throw it away then the burgers continue to sit there so I start talking quietly to my wife as I watch him and try to figure out what is going on.a lady that had just clocked out (that I find out later is the manager named Ruby)says to me what’s your problem? Mind you I’m talking to my wife but I tell her anyways “I’m wondering what’s taking so long to make our burgers” she says it’s after 10 everything is made to order as she rolls her eyes turns her back to me and starts shaking her head. I said I understand that but they have been sitting on the counter for about 5 minutes now getting cold I saw the guy scrape something off and throw it away . One of the other ladies working the register says oh he put onions on it by accident and needs a new bun I say well both don’t need new buns so the one burger is sitting there getting cold while the other one waits for a new bun when it could be wrapped and put under the warmer.meanwhile Ruby says our counters are heated.she had nothing but attitude never came and tried to make the the situation right.she just went on out the door to leave. I asked when our burgers were finally done to talk to the manager the cashier said she was the manager I asked her name she said Ruby. What a terrible first impression I doubt we will be back . Needles to say we get to the truck and the burgers were cold. I guess someone forgot to tell them their earned counted doesn’t heat the cold winter air that made the patties cold as they sat there for over 5 minutes.
