This was a family outing with 7 adults. With parties of 6 or more, the bill can't be divided and the tip is an automatic 20%. Fine.



The food was pedestrian. Tomato sauce one step above tomato juice. The meatballs were less than seasoned. To be fair, those that had the risotto thought it tasted good. But 5/7 had food left and 3 did not take the leftovers home.



There was a $2.50 charge for sharing meals. In these times, that's tough to handle.



Service was sparse. When the tip is set, there is no reason to provide any and our server didn't. Why does it always seem to happen waiting for the bill.



While a small point, the tip was calculated on the food total and tax. We have to pay a tax on a tax with slow service.



Based on reading the review, we thought this was a great place to dine. Based on the experience, if you enjoy average food, small portions, and poor service (At least on parties of 6 or more), Pereddies is your place.
