This place has great desserts! I've never been disappointed - I have tried tons of their items and they were all delicious! I don't know what that other reviewer is talking about - their cupcakes and cake are fantastic! I've had my fair share of cupcakes and let me tell you these are the best around! I think their price is pretty fair too - I've paid double for cupcakes that taste like cardboard and these are not that kind! Every time I come in the staff is so friendly and helpful. My daughter is gluten free and I just love that they have those options! Thanks for all your help Second Floor Bakery - I'd give you more stars if I could!

This is by far the best bakery in Holland!! I just ordered a birthday cake last weekend and it was FABULOUS!! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the cake decoration exceeded my expectations! I know where all of my future cakes are coming from! :)

Don't bother with "gourmet" cupcakes here. Taste like a cake mix and not much in the way of decorations, a few colored sprinkles, that's it!. Go to a grocery store and purchase six for about four dollars instead of $2.50 a cupcake at Second Floor Bakery.

I hired Second Floor Bakery to do my wedding cake. They decorated it exactly how I wanted and the cake tasted great. THE MAJOR PROBLEM: I called a week before to see when they would need to drop the wedding cake off at the reception site, they said around 3pm. I told them that would work out perfect as people would probably start arriving around 5pm for the reception. I didn't find this out until after the wedding, but the cake didn't arrive until 5:15. People were trying to get a hold of someone to see if they were coming or not and there was no answer at the phone number; there were people at stores ready to buy a cake because they thought the cake wouldn't show up and some of my good friends had to miss my wedding because they were 2 HOURS LATE in dropping off the cake. When they finally arrived at the reception hall, the guy that was meeting them asked what the deal was and why were they so late. The lady dropping off the cake got snarky and said, "Well, we've never missed a wedding" and left. Didn't apologize or anything. I'm glad they managed to keep this from me otherwise it would have completely stressed me out and probably ruined my day. Even though the cake was good, I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

Second Floor Bakery is the best!! I sat down with Katie and she asked me a few questions and drew up a cake that was exactly what we wanted! I am so happy with the service and the cakes were absolutely perfect and delicious!

This place has the best cakes and cup cakes. Her design's are compareable to the cupcake wars or last cake standing. My sister bought a cake her for my mom's birthday and everyone loved it!!!! She has awesome cookies and cinnamon rolls. I would go here any day and for everything.
