Worst customer service I think...

Worst customer service I think I ve ever had. She (the owner I believe) did not shape my nails or push back my cuticles. She put a base coat on my nails and put my hands in a flourescent light. She said I need to be there for 3 minutes and left. She went to pick up her daughter in the middle of my manicure. After about 8 minutes I asked the other girl working what what going on. She came over and started to polish my nails. No explanation of where the other lady went. I noticed after one coat that the polish was not the right color. The other girl said they could put a darker polish on to match - the owner said no it would cause my nails to chip. I then asked if they put lotion on my hands. She handed me a bottle of lotion. When I walked out I noticed I had polish on my cuticles, and my nails were not the same shape. They looked like I painted them myself. So why did I pay $25???? I had to get back to work, I didn t have time to deal with it. As I was leaving, I noticed checks on the ground in the parking lot written to Southside nails. I took the time to pick them up and bring them in and hand them to the owner. The next day I realized that my nails looked awful. I called and they said they would redo them. THe girl who redid them was very good and I am happy with them now. But when I asked if I could have the darker polish. Don, the manager said they would charge me $10. I would have cost him nothing to right a wrong and have me leave a satisfied customer, but he chose for me to leave dissatified. TRULY THE WORSK CUSTOMER SERVICE I VE EVER HAD!!
