Ventura Baptist Church is not just a building. We are a small, eclectic community of likeminded believers who exist to glorify God, grow in grace, and embrace all people with the gospel. We desire to see Jesus exalted in the lives of members and visitors of Ventura Baptist Church. We believe that Jesus is the answer to every cry of hurt, regret, guilt, and fear. In Jesus there is hope and life. We desire to share the good news of Jesus to one another and to all around us. Jesus is Lord and He is seeking to draw men, women, and children into His loving arms of compassion. Our hope and prayer is that we would live out Jesus’ command to be a godly community by making disciples.*
