I came to Walmart hoping that the price was right being that money's tight... We came and then the lady came and to asked if we needed help ... All she did was give us attitude . Poor costumer service. The lady acted like a smart Alec and seem mad when we asked questions. I'm thinking to myself, "you came over and asked if we needed help. You volunteered to help us!!!" I felt like I wanted to apologize to her for bringing my service to Walmart (like "sorry if we're bothering you but we need an eye exam"), but we just went with the attitude because it's not worth it to make a fuss. And gave her the benefit of the doubt .

***I'm here to warn you guys though ! This attitude could happen to you!!! You've been warned .

Walmart also discriminate eyes , what I mean is if you have astigmatism your price is going to go from $70-80 (sorry can't remember the price because I didn't want to listen to the attitude) to $90 if you have astigmatism . She stated "because it's a LITTLE more work..." I thought to myself , "Wow ... Isn't that your job to do work ...even if it's a little more?"

I called places like rx optical and they said they do not charge differently based on astigmatism . The price is 80 (without insurance) for BOTH contacts and glasses exam whether you have astigmatism or not!!!

Go to other places for a better customer service and prices for better vision quality than Walmart . I'm not going to take my service here no longer .

Felt sorry for my dad for facing that , because we didn't give any attitude towards her at all ... We didn't do anything wrong. We Walked out calmly(: it's all in the past now.

I have been going to the Vision center at this location for many years. They have always been helpful and friendly. I would recommend the team there highly.

i bought some glasses here several months ago. in spite of the fact that a sign hung overhead that said i was due 20% off, they straight up ripped me off and denied me the discount. i am a nice guy and i wanted these particular frames so i bought them anyway. i even went back a few months later and bought script sunglasses which were cheap. next i made the mistake of trying to buy contact here. i paid them for a 24 pack, i have the same script in both eyes. my wife went in to pick them up for me because i was busy. they only gave her a 12 pack. when i called them and questioned it, they implied my wife was a thief and i was lyiing. after persistant protesting on my part, they realized their mistake. when i came in myself to address the issue, they tried to give me 12 more of the free ones they give out to prospective customers. I believe it is illegal for them to sell those since the vendor basically gives them out for prospective customer, i will find out for sure because i intend to forward that concern to the state optometry board. i refuse those and told them to just give me a refund. the skin flints did not refund half my money,.. the cost for the 12 pack i recieved went up because they only gave me 12 instead of 24. of course no discussion about how they ripped me off on the 20 % discount on my first pair of glasses either. i expected they would at least apologize for their incompetence and their acquisitions about me and my wife,... wrong. they just glared at me with condescending looks and spoke to me in condescending tones,... i really hope the state optometry board informs me that it is illegal to sell those free one. with degenerate incompetent trash like this working in their vision center, i would love to take credit for getting their license pulled,...
