Its sad I have to put one star

They lied, told me they were with my company that I was going through. Then when I told them about being lied to they pretty much told me oh well. There is no difference between this company and those people committing fraud with the green dot cards. Don't fall for their scams. Businesses beware.

Super shady. I was told at a conference it would be a set monthly price, I could adjust the monthly subscriptions anytime and cancel whenever I wanted. When I was called by the rep from Ohio she first told me I would be billed every two months for $22 instead of the promised $11. Then she told me to record my voice after prompts stating my name and the amount being billed a month and I said $22 every two months even though she prompted me to say $22 for the recording. She interrupted and said "no no honey it's $22 a month" at that point she was giving me the run around and avoiding the questions I was asking. She even said I'd be in a contract for FIVE years! Just super shady so I cancelled the order.

Approximately 2-3 months ago, I got a call from a woman stating that she was calling from the Commercial Magazine Service of Holland. The woman asked if I received a gold watch. I thought that was a very bizzare question and I said no. She said that they were sending gold watches to businesses in the area as a courtesy and she was selling magazine subscriptions of some sort. The magazines that she was offering were not what I would want for my hair salon, so I told her no. We usually buy magazines as needed at CVS or Walgreens. She kept me on the phone for a while with her speech until I told her that I had another call and when I got back to her, she had hung up. Next thing I know, I start getting several bills for $29.90 and harrassing phone calls stating that I would be sent to collections if I did not pay the bill with a credit card. I have repeatedly told these people that I DID NOT authorize a magazine subscription verbally or in writing. They insist that I gave a verbal authorized, so obviously the rep that first called me was likely scamming people for commission. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB and Federal Trade Commission about this company and will take it as far as I can go with it. WIth individuals and small businesses hurting in this bad economy, it is disgusting how people try to take advantage and scam people. This crap must stop. *** A MESSAGE TO CMS OF HOLLAND *** - Discontinue your fraudulent billing and phone calls immediately...I did not authorize your subscription verbally or in writing and I do not want your magazines.
