I and other parents have had nothing but problems with this company. all year my kids along with other children are supposed to be transported to school which is 5 minutes from our home. instead they get picked up for school a half hour early and instead of directly going to school the driver takes them to the other side of town for they're own reasons as well as the same situation after school. the driver also speeds at 85mph and curses while smoking. I have proof via video of all this. it's nonstop and unacceptable. you people do not and never had my permission to perform any of these actions. I've complained on numerous occasions and the response I get back from cts is " we're not responsible for our drivers you must contact your child's school" I've contacted the police and the news and will NEVER USE NOR RECOMMEND CTS TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst transportation service I've ever came across in my life! other parents are taking the same actions if not more!!!!! these drivers should be fired and the company shut down! DON'T USE C.T.S!!!!!! Lives could be put in danger!!!
