The lady who did my nails was very friendly and did a wonderful job. My problem is with the fact that I was told a removal/re-application would be free, only to call to make sure/set up an appointment, and find out it'd be $5 for removal and another full cost for the application. The promise of a free balance and it lasting longer was why I upgraded to the gel to begin with. I feel like I was lied to just to up-sell me into gel instead of the regular manicure I came in for, which is a disgusting business practice. Because of that, I will not be returning.

Between the owner and employees they are rude and do not listen to what was requested.

I have gave this loc more than a couple of opportunities to do as requested and still a very unsatisfied customer. I tip well and do not need attitudes nor to walk out unhappy. This place is all about the money get them in/out and who cares if the customer is happy or not.
