Awful and will never recommend coming here to anybody! We have tried cancelling my daughter's package on numerous occasions only to be told a different story each time. The last time was in the middle of August. We were told specifically to come in to cancel on the last day of August to avoid paying September's payment, which we tried to do. However, we were told if we cancelled that day, we would be charged a $50 cancellation fee or we could make September's payment on the first and then cancel. We were also told we spoke with corporate earlier in the month and there was a note saying we did not want to cancel. We have no idea who would make such a note because we have been trying to cancel and are given a different story from employees each time! They definitely need to retrain their employees so customers aren't being misinformed! It's infuriating to a customer when we are doing what their employees are telling us but then someone else tells us something completely different. We will not use them in the future!
