Used a cheap, EXTERIOR paint on my bathroom walls. I don't believe he used two coats. There are many spots on the walls that were so poorly mudded/sanded I'm going to have to redo several areas and repaint the entire room.No shoe/toe molding used, there are large gaps all around the room, even though it was gutted and should have been squared off. At least molding would have made it look finished.Did some remodeling and plumbing work, I have needed to hire an experienced plumber to correct the mistakes. Put a shutoff valve in the sink vanity wall so unless I uninstall the cabinet I cannot use the shutoff. Incorrectly plumbed sink and had to pull off 1/2 inch wide layer of silicone that he used to attach it to the wall when he was done left the wall with scraps of silicone.Toilet was also not seated on the wax seal... needed to add a second seal to correct it.Final Look? Not sure why he used beige outlet covers in a grey and white bathroom (ugly). I can't find the second shelf for my medicine cabinet or the pegs to install them with. Painted the door but not the frame so there's a wood outline all around the door.The ceiling has an uneven paint job that is highly visible in any light. There is NO trim on the bottom of my window, just a mess of caulk that looks like it was put on with one's fingers; very embarrassing for me to show guests.I gave him money for siding, he spent about 1/2 and kept the rest, purchasing only enough siding to replace bad pieces - so I have stripes of new and old siding - which were wavy and NAILED in place. I will have to have that all redone, as it is highly visible from my deck.He painted my shutters - that was the only thing I could truly say I was happy with... and I'm hoping they look good for awhile.
