This is a joke of a dealership. Don't ever go there for service. They have had my car for almost 8 weeks now and still have not fixed the problems. After a huge issue with them replacing parts and charging me when I had already had those parts replaced that was just the tip of the iceberg. I then am led to believe that I needed a thermostat which i also had replaced but at firestone to save some money. Turns out a fuse had caught on fire and melted i my car and that is why the majority of the issues started. They didn't even figure that out. Firestone in Johnstown did. Everything came undone from there. I took it in to Fiore they refunded my money for the part they replaced that I didn't need. Then took my car. They had it four weeks call me to say everything is fixed. I get in it. Oh look the one light is staying on. They did not fix my car its still broken!!!! So now its going on another three weeks they've had it and they tell me it might be this or it might be that. I do not trust them to do even the basic things like an oil change because even when I was getting those done they deceived me in saying i had fluids on paper work and the fluids were empty ie windshield washer fluid, steering fluid and coolant. So...you tell me. I think they caused damage to my car while I paid 89,00 for an oil change. You think you are doing the right thing to take care of your car but...don't trust these people. Once I get my car back I will never go to them again!
