Worst expirence ever. Customer service is lousy. Nobody seemed to be on the same page. Very unorganized business. They find it difficult to guarantee us a car after we had made a reservation to pick up it up at the time we were told it be ready. We made sure we called the right location to insure we had the right car rental. The management was unsuccessful at innsuring customer satisfaction. Management didn't seem to care how inconvenient it was for us concidering we flew from another state to California in hopes we would have a car to travel in.
