The service manager was helpful and explained my problem. He was articulate and spent time explaining everything that needed to be repaired on my car. He also showed me the bad parts on my car that the mechanic replaced. I feel that the mechanic was knowledgable, capable and trustworthy. Not only were the cost of the repairs reasonable, but they are also under 12 mths. or 12,000 miles warranty. I have recommended this certified repair shop to all my friends and co-workers and I know that I will continue to bring my car to this shop for all its service needs.
