Me and my friends have all used these guys. Never a problem, never a frustration, very professional and pleasant young men. They do all they can to have a happy customer and they're one of the most affordable guys around the area. Always looking to save you money!

I'd pass on hiring them for another job for several small, and one major reason. I live out of state, and had them replace 3 windows, in a house, I want to sell. Instead of the expected call the previous day, to tell me they got there and discuss any possible problem / issues over with me BEFORE they started. I received a call saying the windows went in perfectly, without problems, but they wanted more money to finish the job, clean up and haul off. I said, "NO" on moral grounds. Also, they could always spring some new expenses, like travel fees and others were cheaper, for the whole job, much less, the particle job. I paid more for B/E because they had two people and were supposed to be finished sooner, then the cheaper handymen. Anyway, I had family on vacation go by and check. They were extremely upset / mad, and did some very basic work, like cocking the windows. Then made a special out of state trip back there the next day, with a work truck and basic tools to finish the windows, clean up and haul off. 3 people spend 3 hours the second day. NOT counting travel time.



On the positive side, the B/E person who called was polite.
