Never had a worse experience with any company in my life. Ordered on November 11, 2017, paid in full November 22, 2017. Came and put in some of the carpet, then said that since they had not measured a last room they would pay the rest as it was their mistake. Wood floors not ordered till January, delivered about the 15th, and have never been installed. Constant delays on installing the floors, and harassing calls thrown in the mix. Owner finally declared he would not install floors. Contacted Lawyer who asked for damages. Owner then decided that the last room's carpet was equal in expense to all other rooms carpeted and dropped that from the owed installation money. For 3 rooms upstairs the total carpet and install was 1,182.60. For the last room that they had originally said they would do no charge, they now claim it cost over 900 dollars.
