Little Starfish Daycare

I have been affiliated with Little Starfish daycare for about 6 years now. Both of my children have been through the daycare and pre school programs, with my 5 year old getting ready to graduate pre school in May. My children LOVE Little Starfish, and its staff. I think the thing that i like the most, among other things, with this daycare is the fact that there are a lot of caregivers, varying in ages, so no one gets "stressed out". The owners,Gina and Joyce are 2 sisters, who love every one of these children, as if they were their own. They are joined at meal/snack time by their mother, who the children call grandma, and she happily accepts the name. About 2 years ago, the daycare welcomed Karen Hohman, an energetic, fun loving ,veteran school teacher to teach the preschool program, and who is a perfect mix to this already, well-rounded daycare..Gina,Joyce, and Karen make it a point to have the children ready at a learning and social level for Kindergarten. I wish the daycare itself were a little bigger, but for now, we just call it our "little building full of love and learning". I would recommend this daycare. They have become part of our family, and we will miss them when my littlest one moves on to Kindergarten.
