A1 was very supportive and helpful in assisting me with arrangements for my brother. I live out of state and was anxious taking care of theses details over the phone. Everything was transparent (no surprises) and the level of communication was outstanding. They provided a timeline and reached out to me when there was a change. They took great care in making sure I understood the process and costs. They definitely lived up to my expectations and then some.

I am a pet sitter and one of my clients travel a lot to Europe and their dog Jackie was over 13 so her and I made arrangements with Karen if anything were to happen while she was away A1 Cremation would handle it. Well The dog passed while she was away Karen stopped what she was doing and drove many miles to where I was at to pick the dog up and stayed to comfort me and to be sure I was OK before she left always be in much appreciation for there services

My grandmother recently passed and it fell to me to make all of the arrangements. We did not have a lot of money to work with so I needed to find a company that was reputable and fit our budget. Further complicating the issue, I was in another state and could not immediately go to Florida. Karen was very kind and helpful and walked me through all of the necessary steps to make the needed arrangements and mailed me all the paperwork. I highly recommend this small independent business.
