Always does a great job! Been using him for years.

.Do NOT use them if you have RidO’Rust irrigation system container attached to sprinklers. I moved into a new home and was not familiar with the sprinkler system or how to set the timer, so I called Jed because his name was on the sprinkler box. I should have known better, when his son showed up and stated he was not familiar with the irrigation container that feeds into the sprinkler system. Due to his lack of knowledge, my system that was working fine stopped working the day after he came. I called them to report what happened and the response I got was "we don't work on pumps" REALLY???? You broke it! You don’t fix what you break? My pump needs to be replaced because it overheated after he set the sprinklers to run for 1 1/2 hours in 6 zones, without enough water in the irrigation feeder. I believe that if what you do causes damage, you should morally and legally have to repair the damages caused, especially if it is due to lack of knowledge. Customer service at its worst!!

Called two times and left messages. Never called back.

I had my sprinkler heads damaged by a person I hired to mow my lawn, and each person that came to "repair" my sprinkler system seemed to make the spray patterns worse, to where I ended up watering with the city, rather than well water, costing me a LOT more.



I had one company "repair" the sprinklers, and tell me I needed new zones, a new pump, etc. Another one came in (highly recommended), but were even more expensive, stating the repairs would be approximately 2,000.00.



Central Air recommended Jed Smith. I called him, he came out a few hours later, walked around the yard and stated he believed he could repair the system and estimated 2-4 hours...he finished in less than three and not only repaired my system, it works as good as it did when I first moved in!



He was less than 75% lower than the other bid, which stated I "needed" a new pump, etc. None of which was true, and I conveyed that the apparent low pressure started after the initial repairs were made and the system worked perfectly prior to that. Jed proved that and was professional and fair, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
