If you're looking for the best place to buy a used vehicle, Holly Ridge Auto Mart is the place to go. I was looking for a pickup truck and they had a great selection of trucks to pick from and within my price range. I got a great trade-in value on the vehicle that I traded in and was pleased with the condition of the vehicle that I chose to purchase. The dealer was very knowledgeable about the truck I chose and even took the time to show me how to work the hitch lights. The application process was simple, speedy and hassle-free. I have since driven the vehicle in and out of town and have been extremely satisfied with its mechanics. Holly Ridge Auto Mart is a cut above the rest.

Customer service & quality of work is bad because we got lied to time and time again. The Jeep Grand cherokee we bought from them needed and still needs hundreds and hundreds of dollars in work! They didn't even vacuum it out or give it an oil change before they threw it onto their lot. Of course they are friendly they want to sell.



We bought a vehicle from them and the Day we took it off the lot it started smoking. I called and he said "bring it in and we will take care of you" so I took it in and they replaced a computer (supposedly we didn't receive any proof that they did this they would not give us a receipt. Then we drive it down the road from the auto shop that they use and it is STILL smoking. We take it back and then it needs a new radiator and they STILL can't find the oil leak. So we decide to just go pick it up, and they charge us over 500 dollars that awesome warranty they sell cars with does NOT cover a lot of things. Bill at holly ridge said that they would pay HALF (yes only half) if we signed a waiver & gave them good reviews. We decided to NOT be blackmailed and we paid for it all ourselves and tell other customers to be ware. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau AND the attorney generals office! I hope this company pays for what they have done!
