New owners.Staff is fabulous. Very well kept park.lawn service is always kept up.Clean pool. Everyone is so nice.

I contacted the campground several times before deciding to rent for a month to see if we wanted to stay longer. We were told we could not use it as our permanent residence but if we wanted to stay all year we could get a discounted annual rate. But when we decided we wanted to pay the discounted annual rate and stay for a year we were told that we could only use the camper either on weekends or for a few days a week, if we stayed in the camper and used it we would have to pay $600.00 a month! This was NOT what we were told when we initially spoke to them! This is also NOT what it says in the rules on their website! NOWHERE! Does it say you can not stay 365 days! It mearly states it can not be your primary residence. As our primary residence is in Ohio we met that qualification. We decided to just leave and stay elsewhere. But the real shock came when we met other campers at the new campground that had the exact same experience! These people are scamers! Beware! BEWARE!

Decent place, but run by very hateful, greedy people. I do not recommend doing business with these people at all.

I appreciate the comment about us being one of the nicest parks. I would also like to inform everyone that our contract states 3 reasons why a lease would be terminated. We do have strict rules because we want to keep our park the nicest around. If you do not want to follow our rules, this is not the place for you. The RV park is one of the nicest parks I have ever visited. Facilities are kept up very well. As a former owner that sold a unit last year I need to warn anyone thinking of leasing a spot at this park.

There are a few major issues with the lease:

- The contract is extremely one sided - the owner has a clause that gives him the ability to kick you out without cause.

- The contract forces you to spend money for underpinning , tie downs - $1000

- The final piece - The owner has been known not to renew you contract. I have witnessed multiple people in the past 2 years not get their lease contract renewed for no reason. The owner gives you 30 days to rip your RV out and that could cost you a couple thousand dollars and now you have to find a place for your RV.



SO BUYER BEWARE.



All I can say is that I am glad I sold when I did.
