I chose to become a physician assistant to help patients gain a better understanding of their risk factors, medical problems, and ways to live a healthier, happier lifestyle. My philosophy is that patient education is the key to successful care and that even small changes in a patient's daily routine can have lasting benefits on their overall health. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young sons, being active and exercising, and searching for/discovering any place that serves a great cup of coffee!
