I was preparing my house for sale and was due to close on the sale in one week when the water heater burst, flooding the walkout basement and rec room. I found 2 to 3 inches of water (over $100 worth on the water bill) covering the floor. Much damage was done to the walls and flooring in the rec room.

The day that I discovered the damage, I called Restoration Experts of NC, and the Marketing Manager came out that day and surveyed the damage. Subsequently, I hired them to do the mitigation and restoration work which they began the next day. I was able to postpone the closing date by 3 weeks and R E began work and accomplished it in time to save the next closing date which saved the day.

The expertise, work ethic, and thoroughness of each of the workers was excellent. They were always polite and attentive to all of my questions and advice and I couldn't be more pleased. They cleaned up all of the mess and left the rooms in great shape.

The area was inspected by the new buyer who was extremely pleased with what they saw.

we discovered an odor problem at a relative's home and needed a quick and effective resolution. Everyone at RE of NC made our problem their priority even while they were responding to some other urgent jobs. they outlined a phased approach designed to minimize cost with maximum results and it worked. their follow up and customer service was outstanding.

On Saturday night, August 6, we discovered several inches of rain underneath our home (following the recent record-breaking rainfall) when our HVAC equipment cut off. The HVAC technician cut his service off until we could get the water out of the crawl space. We called Restoration Experts and they arrived quickly, strategically placing water extraction equipment to begin water removal. They worked until 10 p.m. and were back Monday morning to check on progress and insert additional dryers to hasten evaporation. They came back each day to check the equipment and monitor the progress. On Friday, they removed their equipment, sprayed Microban to inhibit the possible growth of mold and installed a new vapor barrier. We are very pleased with their prompt response to our emergency, with their professional personnel and with their reasonable cost for the services they rendered. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had a major leak and chose to hire Restoration Experts of NC to help us dry it out and rebuild. They made us a priority and brought out the big guns to dry everything out quickly. Treated us with respect and compassion throughout. They communicated with us and our insurance company every step of the way. They were professional, efficient, and great to work with. Good quality work, great results... I hope you never need them, but if you do, I highly recommend them!

The group that worked on my house when we had a broken pipe paid very close attention to details and fixed our ruined kitchen walls. We can't even tell there was damage. They were very good at guiding us through the insurance claim process. I recommend these guys.
