the staff is very friendly and helpfull. we presented a coupon that was out of date and with a smile they accepted it any way. {very few places will do this.] my husband and I enjoy arbys not only because the food is good but we dont' consider arbys to be a fast food place. after all its not ground up hamberger but roast beef that is cooked every day and nothing forieign added to it,----keep up the good work.
