I was referred to realtor Deanna Hutchins by a co- worker. Deanna is a transaction realtor for ARG. I was in desperate need of finding a 3 bedroom rental to move in March 30, 2018. I meet Deanna in Feb 20, saw a few properties, one I fell in love with. At this time I gave Deanna all my info, application completed, and money order for half of the deposit she needed "proof that I'm really interested" lol. To say the lest I waited 2 weeks for an approval just to be told the owner rented to someone else. When I then ask for my $750 back, I was told it was deposited in ARG business account. For reasons I will never understand, being that there was no agreement from the owner of the home the deposit was for! Now I'm being told I got a wait for ARG to cut me a check for funds that was not entitled to them until the rental was complete... Very shady company, Deannna Hutchins is a very shady lady. She has no concern about her customer needs. I bunch of aggravation for nothing... And every owner she said she could not get in touch with. I called after the fact and touch basis with the same owners. Sad to say waiting for her help I missed out!!!
