DO NOT USE !!!! If there is a possibility for a 0 review I would post it!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First off you can barely find them on the internet unless you research the business and the address!!



My complaint goes against a giant turd that they claimed to be in "EXCELLENT CONDITION"My business partner found a bus that he liked a 2009 Chevy Duramax bus that was listed on ebay. We contacted the company and in the process spoke with Neil the Manager and Ernie the Sales rep. We are located in Chicago and they are in Florida and being that we had to make a trip down there and based on what the ad on ebay said and as well as the staff that this bus was in mint condition. The price was great and we did not want to lose it. So we were required to put down $500 - we spoke to them and said that we will be sending down our mechanic to look at it and we will put the money down, but wanted to assure that if the mechanic comes back that this was not what it seemed that we will be getting our money back. They agreed !



We spent money on airfare to bring our mechanic to florida, rental car and expenses were paid as well. When our mechanic arrived he reviewed the bus and listed the following

* Not well maintained

* Multiple codes coming up on dash board

* Oil Leak

* Blowing Oil From Turbo



Those were just the main points! At this point the fact that they were trying to say that a bus with such an extensive amount of engine problems was ok is beyond my belief. You can clean up a turd but at the end of the day its still a turd! So the mechanic went to speak to the manager and informed them of his findings and that he was informed to receive a check back for our $500 and they told him no. How can you get a deposit, know that the terms were based on the condition of the bus and then a couple days after we give you the money you refuse to give it back?? What type of conniving scam of an operation do you have going on there? Cheating people out of their money bc you they know the system.



They know what they are doing bc they will tell you to go through them after you contact them with questions on ebay, bc if you do not do the transaction thru ebay you cannot write a review against them bc there is no paper trail. So make sure if you are planning on working with these scam artist that you go through the right channels and read all your fine print.



I am still in the process of trying to attempt to get my $500 back,and I really may get to the point that I will want to be reimbursed for my mechanics round trip air fare, car rental, hotel and expenses for this garbage of a deal that they are trying to scam us on.

A smart business would refund the money knowing the conditions and the fact that they would want you to return as a customer. These people must have a crappy track record because if they are so desperate to keep $500.00 then they have bigger issues!
