all I can say after losing $492.00 with them, and nothing to show for it, is consumer beware

March 23, 2016 we stopped at her offices to get a new title for a kit car we build, we were told by the owner Debbie the cost would be $658.00, we believed her and paid the cost, she also stated, it would take 7-10 days for the title to arrive. Today April 16, no title at hand. We contacted Debi, only to be told there were some issues causing delays from the inspector, it would take a bit longer. There should have been no inspector, kit car was inspected by state of florida, and a VIN number was issued.

We spoke to another title agency, and we were told this title work including taxes and her fees should have not acceded $490.00, yet we paid this thief $618.00 and no title after waiting 18 business days. Stay away from this thief. I ask everyone to join me in contacting state attornie's offices to close her down, she needs to be gone so ther will be no other victims. Today, I 'll be contacting channel 7 as well. Andy

How in the hell is this place permitted to stay open??? It's Businesses like this that can cause someone to lose their temper as no matter what avenue you take nothing is done. They should be jailed for fraud! I paid over three hundred dollars for a motorcycle tag and registration. I thought it was excessive. So I ask this Romainian gypsy who runs the place what is my cost for you to pick this up. She tells me 25 dollars. I'm thinking being I work days I will pay her to get my plate. I go home but am thinking this is excessive! I call motor vehicles. They tell me your cost total is about 28 bucks!! I immediatltly go to their office and this lady tells me the money is in the safe! Come back tomorrow. Went there and all that was there was my plate for which I paid over 300 dollars for! They are god damned thieves here! This happened five years ago! Yet people have constantly filed complaints yet nothing happens! Someone need to shut this witch down!

wow...I wish i checked them online before i went there!!! Week after i paid ridiculous money to renew my registration police stopped me and i got ticket for expired registration thats how i found out they didnt do anything! ( when I called she said she mailed it already and I should get it any time) on top of it they put wrong address on registration and when i call this incompetent dummy hangs out the phone...her so called "secretary" speak no English and has no clue what she's there for, calling customers Mami...that's a joke i am wonder how come this place still function, i would go to the court

They lie, especially the owner Debbie Sing, and rip you off. I paid over $500 to get my Florida plate back in November 2011 and only got the plate in February 2012!



She kept giving me different BS stories. Then in January they ran my credit card for a large amount saying that I had to pay taxes on my car for re-importing it to Florida. Turns out I also called the Government office and was told that I was NOT supposed to pay taxes as I already paid the sale tax when I bought the car in Florida. They also informed me I should have paid a total of $175 to get my tag back.



I also found out that the Homeland Security Website also states that US cars re-imported into the US for private use do not have to pay duties!



On February 28 I was given a credit slip for the illegal charge on my credit card and today is April 3rd and I still get BS stories and still no credit on my credit card statement from them.

I was referred here by Geico; that's the only reason I went here. First they tell me "come back in 2 weeks." Over 3 weeks pass by and nothing happens. Every time I called they said "a few more days, we're still running a check on your car." Finally after almost a month and much frustration, the tags are ready. I called the Broward County Tags and Title Information Center at 954-765-4697 and asked them to run my car's VIN to see if everything was in fact done. The title work was done June 22, which is when I first went there! Then she double-checks and says that they actually submitted the paperwork on July 15 and then BACK-DATED it to June 22. And it turns out that the titlework submission only takes a day, and that I should have gotten my tags on the SAME DAY while my title goes to Talahassee to be processed.



So the owner Debbie only WENT to do my titlework on July 15--meanwhile, holding my money and telling me she's "checking out my car and registration." And then she back-dated my titlework to make it look like it was done earlier. Let's see: repeatedly providing false information to a customer and then doctoring the customer's state record to cover up. Can we say, fraud?



I hope that the previous posters complained to Broward County Bureau of Consumer Protection (phone is 954-765-4400) because that's what I had done.
