China one have to do better with their listening skills. I ordered ham fried rice they gave me vegetable fried rice I asked to switch it to what I ordered they agreed but said I had to pay extra. In the end I paid but never ate there Again

China One is by far the most horrible Chinese food ever! I consider myself a Chinese food critic, and I don't believe this place could even pass as a fast food Chinese resturant... This was my second time ordering from China One, I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke. Both times my food was cold and overwhelmingly spicey, not to mention this time I found a piece of hair in my food!!! You can imagine how disgusted I was, so I called up and spoke with the girl at the counter. As I told her how dissappointed I was, she puts me on hold to take another order!!! Well, I hung up and drove over, since I ordered take out anyway. I walked over and politely told the girl who I was, she immediately had a major attitude, and told me they would NOT give me my money back let alone offer me something else!!!! On top of all that, no one even bothered to called me back to let me know. I will NOT be getting my Chinese food there, EVER.

This wasn't the first I have order delivery, but first time I had bad service. The food look old taste old and cold. The chicken wings taste dry&old and the rice look old and cold. And! their was hair inside my chicken fried rice. When I called them back about their service, the person puts me on hold to take another order. My gosh I feel sorry for those people....They only have one driver took for ever for them to cancelled that order. If you don't care about your service them eat from them, but if you care about what type of Chinese Restaurant you eat you from then don't order there.
