Provided by Superpages10 years in the Neighborhood with the same insurance and this CVS Pharmacy would not put a order for me, 7 years of history on their monitor with the same insurance , had to go to Walgreen 7 blocks away to get the other brand , I will not spent a penny at this CVS.
