Provided by YP.comI got my fender bender fixed here. They did a good job fixing it but they damaged my back bumper, made a huge dent and scraped of some paint. They refuse to acknowledge it. The MANAGER JOHN started yelling at me using a loud voice, saying I was "unreasonable" and that I was trying to get money from them, and that he "lost enough money on my car." He made me feel terrible.
He said there was no proof that the damage was done at their shop. I even showed him a picture of my car before I came into the shop and he said there's no way of knowing when I took that picture.
He took the keys and said he's going to lock up my car until I pay the bill and he proceed to drive my car away, I had no choice but to shut up and pay the bill.
