Kenneth Budowsky MD screamed at my 3 year old son and made him cry. He also yelled at me when I asked him to calm down and stop yelling at my child. Kenneth Budowsky MD has a vile temper and he should not be allowed to see children. Kenneth Budowsky MD gets a zero star rating. Avoid this terrible Doctor.
