This guy frank Perez is a thief and a liar he don't pay the security guards working for him he like to hire people not experience to abuse them stay away from this business bad costumer services bad security programs and uneducated company

Frankie perez is a scumbag he is the worst boss any one can have, the man loses contracts left to right he treats everyone like crap especially me. I hate working for this piece of crap he also hits on me i think hes gay.

I used to work, with this company, and the owner is a total piece of work. He does not pay on time, treats employees with no respect at all, he treats employees as if they were illegal immigrants and need to put up with his bad attitude. He loses contracts all the time, because companies do not want to work with him, He talks bad to people . Be ready to wear someone else's uniform, he will give you the wrong size, and an old wormed out uniform. He won't pay on time, and sometimes even gives you checks that bounce. He does not follow his employee hand book,. he is constantly losing employees. there's no room for growth within the company.
