I bought my dream car from Jay..they gave me a fair price on my trade in..I'm so excited!

Cant say enough. Had an awesome experience dealing with Jay Zelaya. Great salesman, great truck, loved the purchase.

Compré una ford expedition 2005 en el mes de abril del 2013.pague las cuotas regularmente.la camioneta comenzo a andar mal a la semana de comprarla, la llevé la revisaron y dijeron que era el catalitico del caño de escape y que la arreglaban pero si yo pagaba $200.a todo esto se prendio la luz de chequear el motor y dijeron que era de lo mismo.comenzo a fallar cada vez mas y me dejó 3 veces tirada en la calle.la llevé a un taller y me dieron una lista de lo que tenia que me salia $1600.00 el arreglo.me atrase 16 dias en mi cuota de septiembre, por mandar a arreglar lo que me vendieron defectuoso ellos y por 18 dias de reyraso en mi cuota me reposeen la camioneta y encima para entregarmela de nuevo me cobran casi $900.estan locos!!!

Por una cuota,8 dias de fees y el acarreo.sin contar el arreglo para que funcione, son algo asi vomo $2600.00...

Con ese dinero me saco algo mejor en un dealer como la gente!!!!!

SON UNOS ESTAFADORES Y LOS CARROS MALISIMOS.CUIDADO!!!!!!

Totally screwed us over. Cars rigged, engine lights came on 2 days after purchase. Made promises didn't keep them. Never return calls.

Biggest LYING! THIEVES! Ever! ....very unprofessional! ..They sell Lemons!!.they don't do proper repairs on cars b4 they sell them ..Then, REFUSE!! To be descent by making repairs on a car purchased less than a week (financed with high Azz % int from thr jacked! Up Bank.. .I'm sure they're going to get a class action lawsuit filed against them they're going to get what's coming to them ..The owners need to do a CLEAN SWEEP n take out the trash ESP.. The ones at the Hollywood location..They tell u to come in with money in 2 weeks which sales man , manager and finance guy pockets ..Then tries to get more money out of you by telling u Ur responsible for repairs on a Lemon that "THEY" just sold ..??? WTF??? Tk god I'm sane ..One day they're going to step on the wrong toes ...and cause a nut to go POSTAL!! On them ..Haims owners I hope u guys read this..
