Excellent vendor to deal with. I have not had any issues and their customer support is really good. I talk to Yury and he is efficient and respondes promptly.

Yury is a wonderful sales rep to speak with and also efficient with getting back to me with quotes and shipping product out of his warehouse.

Serviced my Brother printer. Impact Computers has always helped me out when it came to providing parts for printers and computers. But just today I learned that they are actually an authorized service center for printers. It's nice to know you can get everything you need from just one place.

Their accounting department is excellent I had returned a part and I did not see my refund I had called them and they send me an e-mail confirmation with the refund

Yuri and his team are AWESOME! He always comes thru for me and goes above and beyond to help me help my Customers! He is my go to for just about any Dell or HP part i need! Even when i cant find the part number, he takes the extra time to find it for me!

Impact is a phenomenal place to do business at. They have always made sure to go above and beyond for our company, doing everything they can to get us what we need, correctly, on time. I can't imagine doing business with anybody else. Ralph is one of the best in the business.

"I ordered a part that was listed on their website (Impact Computers). The part was listed as ships in 3-5 business days. After 10 days without a tracking number I reached out via customer service and was advised that the part was not in stock and that I would get it in about 20 MORE DAYS! I said ok. After 23 MORE DAYS I still did not have the part and was told AFTER I reached out to Customer Service again, that the part would take an additional 10 days to get to me. I was told that this item is listed on the website as not in stock. I said no it is listed as being able to ship in 3-5 days. She tells me that 3-5 days means not in stock. I asked her where on the site does it say that 3-5 days means not in stock? She advised me that this is the norm; what people should expect when they see 3-5 business days. Then when I say that I am willing to wait but will she give me expedited shipping when they get it, she tells me no. I said ok then just refund my money. At this point in time she advised me it may take up to 15 days to refund your $60. Do not give them your business. If they won't be honest about their parts not being in stock and holding your money hostage then they don't deserve your money. Go spend it elsewhere. On top of that when I said I would leave a review she said I hope you don't. I gave them plenty of chances to make this right. Not one suggestion of a discount for my troubles or anything offered."
