Came here to check out their Ford vehicles and I liked what I saw. I bought a new Ford F-250 after spending about a few hours with paperwork, browsing deals, negotiating terms with the salesman, etc. Process went well and they were patient with me. Good experience overall.

I had a great first impression of this place when I first pulled up. I noticed the employees in the parking lot very attentive and guiding all the customers that were coming through. They were very hands on and friendly, encouraging me to want to walk inside and inquire about their vehicles. I spoke with a Dani and she was well spoken and professional. We took a look at a lot of their different Acura models and I compared pros and cons. Their patience was also appreciated. I highly recommend paying a visit to Imperial Capital Cars. They handle themselves well.

This company had great salesman and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving the dealership. I did not find a car at this time but I was still treated with respect. That's rare nowadays at a dealership. They usually just jump down your throat desperately to make that sale.

We went here as a family and liked Imperial Capital Cars very much. They had people outside to greet you and were greeted with smiles everywhere we went. We highly recommend them!

Sat down with a Sam and Mike. Very easygoing and stress-free process. They had good deals on cars I was interested in, but I had yet to find a good deal for elsewhere. I was glad to see I had options. I recommend this location for efficiency and accommodation.

We came to this dealership 2 weeks ago and it went better than expected. My mom tells me a lot of terrible things about dealership, so I'm glad this one was the exact opposite. I talked to Dani, one of the sales representatives here and she was very sweet and knowledgeable! I felt like I needed a pencil and notepad to write a lot of the things down that were discussed. I do not know much about cars so I was relieved to see that the process was not scary when broken down and explained by a professional. Dani made me feel comfortable and secure. She also gave me a professional recommendation for a car that she previously used. She went above and beyond to teach and help me. Definite 5/5

This was a very hands on dealership in a good way. The salesman were not attack dogs. They were more seasoned and respectful when handling their customers. Mike was a huge help and kept it professional. Will be back soon to purchase a vehicle.

They were able to get us a nice new Suburban after only being there for an hour and a half! Nice salesman and easy to do business with. Will definitely be back in the near future for my daughter.

These guys have really competitive prices. Once you are able to negotiate a deal that makes everyone happy, that's when you know you're in the right place. I would definitely recommending these guys for making the dreaded "buy a new car" transition so much easier.

I brought my daughter here to get her first car and the salesman were very mellow and laid back. They weren't salesy or pushy. They took their time, explained things to us and made sure we got the model and year of car we wanted. We will be returning soon to purchase a 2009 Nissan Altima.
