The owner tried to over charge me by first quoting me one price in the initial invoice and then another when my clothes were ready. When I put her on notice to the price increase she responded in a way that made it clear to me that this was not a mistake. She was purposely trying to overcharge me. She had no experience with dry cleaning and could not answer any of my questions about whether or not the stains on my clothes were removable. She was very unorganized. I champion small businesses but this business does not use honest business practices. With all of the dry cleaners in the area save your money and go somewhere else.
