Terrible. Rude and painful. My 79-year-old widowed mother, a veteran patient of this practice, was rudely treated and traumatized by a rough, painful extraction with no pain management or preparation this morning. At nearly 10 pm, she is still shaken by her experience.

In addition to the physical pain, the office staff was cold and dismissive. My mom is a sweet-natured person and rarely complains about these kind of things. She and other family members have been going there for years, but have noticed the quality of care, especially for mature patients, has declined rapidly and severely. Be forewarned, future patients.

I know some places offer perks for 5 star reviews, and with their apparent shifted focus toward optional aesthetic treatments and MLM-type product pushing, you really have to wonder.
