Staff is the nastiest people. Jessica is the example of a person that needs to be a jerk to feel better about her pitifully existence. Rooms are nasty and are roach infested. They enter your room without permission. Save your money 2 blocks up is Curtis inn. Remodeled and have flat screen tv's in every work for same price.

We stayed at different hotels in the area of Hollywood. The Hill motel and The Green Seas motel, our experience in these motels were horrible on the rate and service. We will never stay there again. Almost at the end of our trip we found Richards Motel, they were very accomodating, great staff and service. We were planning to leave early from the trip but Richards Motel changed our mind offering us a beautiful and clean room , with a beautiful pool view . Our whole family will always come back to Richards Motel. It was a pleasure to stay at Richards Motel. We felt so comfortable that we stayed two more weeks for our trip. I would highly recommend to friends and family Richards motel for a great experience that felt like home. Definitely the best hotel in the area.

Hi my name is jackie the staff at the richard,s motel are great they are very friendly and devoted to their guest there hotel grounds have nice birds, and a lovely pond.They keep the room very clean and they have a grill for the guest to use , I think thats amazing,the richard,s motel won me and my family cant wait to vist them next year

This is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. Beautiful pool and great wifi. The staff is very courteous and helpful with anything you need. There are plenty of shops, and restaurants just minutes away. Would highly recommend this hotel !!
