do not leave your shoes here. i dropped mine off for to fix the heels and my leather came back ripped in top. i dropped off three pairs of shoes and those were the only ones he put in a bag at the bottom of the bag that contained the other 2. i called ruben who refused to take responsibility for having ruined my shoe. needless to say, it's obvious why everything in there is dusty. he has no business fixing shoes.

Do NOT waste your money. I have two pair of the same shoes. One pair' sole was unstuck, they were poorly glued from factory. I decided to take both pairs to have them glued. I was charged 30.00 ( they are comfortable, that is why I had two- I paid). When wearing one pair I noticed it was unglued on the side, I checked the other pair and the sole got completely unstuck. I took them to the shop and he tried to charge again, because the pair unstuck on the side, he said he just glued the front. For the other pair, the one I took for prevention, he recognized it was factory glue; he did not touch that shoe. So, I do not understand the 30.00 charge. He turned his back on me and left me there. He does not respond for his job.
