I had them install a window shutter and to my surprise when they came for installation I found out THIS IS NOT what I ordered!



Sales receipt does not contain product details, signature so they could replace what you ordered and what was discussed and agreed verbally with what makes the most profit for them and blame it on the manufacture discontinued the product!



The justification I was given was what I asked for is discontinued and has been replaced with the CHEEPER style they got me!



Later on I quoted the same job with a different local company and it turned out that it was about $200 cheaper but also what I intended to order in the first place had NOT been discontinued and I was LIED to!





For installation, only person showed up and needed my help, which was not a big deal However, when I asked why the doors are not properly closing, the installer blamed it on the wall not being perfectly square!!! Whereas, I PAID THEM TO DO THE JOB RIGHT, THAT HE DID NOT KNOW!!



Overall, I rate them quite poor in quality, no ethics in their business and STAY AWAY from them and save yourself some headache and money!

Spotless Venetian Blinds did an excellent job repairing my motorized shades. They came when they said, they were very professional. I did a lot of shopping around and they had the best prices. Eliott was very professional, happy with his service. Will use them again.

In August 2009 I made arrangements to have this company fixed my roll-ups. The part had to be ordered, a deposit was requested and given. After a few months of not hearing anything I called them and spoke with Elliot, we agreed to wait a while longer for the part. As of today March 2010 the part has not been located and the money has not been returned, as previously agreed I'm unable to speak to them only leave voice messages in each of their 4 different numbers which they do not bother to returned. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. "Thieves" they don't care that I'm a retired person leaving on a fixed income. No way would I recommend this company. All I want is my money back.
