The most horrible subway on the face of the planet! My husband and I were hungry one night and opted for subway since they are open untill 11pm on Sundays. I walk into the store at approx. 10:15pm. As soon as I walk in the black girl that was on shift was loud and ghetto repeating several time "we aint got no hot food." I asked her why and she told me she had already cleaned up the equipment and there were closing. Irritated with her un-professionalism, i continuted to order my sandwich and asked her to give me a second before I pay so I can find out if my husband still wants a sandwich although it would not be toasted. When I told her I needed another sandwich, she was rude and asked my why I didnt order everything at one time. Typical back girl that hates her job and takes it out on every customer. To top things off and officer walks in as im paying for my food and orders his sandwich request to have it toasted and magically the toaster works and there is hot food available. If i were her I'd probably take her to jail for being a porch monkey. What kind of customer service is that to make my sandwiches cold but an officer walks in and you can turn everything on for him? Not to mention all this is happening 45 minutes before the closing time which is posted on the door. I called the store manager 3 times that night to file a complaint. This subway sucks. Glad im the first to review. Dont waste your money people!
