I had a great experience leasing a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE. I walked in and asked the smiling woman at the front desk to please connect me with the nicest, friendliest, most laid back, non-pressure, and helpful salesperson and that's exactly what she did! The guys from the SERVICE Department are true professionals. I called in on Friday to set up an appointment for Saturday with Albert. He was very professional and told me to come in for 10:00 a.m. the following morning.



Even though the place was crowded on the Saturday I managed to get my oil change and tires looked at within the time Albert told me. And Brian Singletery ( The service Advisor) had me out within an hour and a half... He was courteous, smart and professional and even gave me a COUPON to come back for service.

I was skeptical about buyiing a car for fear of being taken advantage of or tricked, but to my surprise my experience was anything but that. Upon arriving at the lot, I was greeted by salesman and asked if I needed help. He didn't attack me or smother me while I was looking. He allowed me to look around at their inventory and answered a few of my questions. When I couldn't decide on a particular car because of it not being the right color or missing features, he suggested that I order my car the way I wanted it. I left a deposit and my car arrived wiithin six weeks exactly like I wanted. He even helped me program my Bluetooth!! I went to the new sales dealership to purchase a car that I was told was on the way to their lot and would be mine upon its arrival. After my deposit was secured, they were not able to give me an approximate date of arrival. They played games with me for two days, at which time I find out the car was already given to another dealership. All they wanted was the sale, but, luckily, I was able to have my deposit refunded thanks to putting it on my credit card! The place looks dirty and dilapadated to boot.
