Terrible experience! Owner is rude and has no patience. The owner is very disrespectful and I wouldn't recommend this place to absolutely anyone! The only reason I have a 1 star review is because I couldn't leave 0 stars. Wish I would've read the reviews beforehand. Terrible place, terrible customer service. Overall terrible experience.

BAIT & SWITCH!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!!!! STAY AWAY!! Was quoted one price "out-the-door" total and then when finished, owner (Vinnie - who really should not talk to the customers at all and was extremely condescending and combative) wanted to add sales tax to the "out-the-door" price I was quoted and CONFIRMED they day before. This guy says to me that they will take the parts off (after 3 hours of waiting for work to be done)!! WTF?? I had spent over $800 with them in 10 days. NEVER AGAIN!!Also, heard the owner brag to another worker that he had received a bad review but not to worry because he was "burying" it with responses. Nice guy, huh??

Yeah, cheap is not always the best way to go. Perhaps next time I will support a Costco, Tire Kingdom or Family Tire instead,



as I have in the past since small minded owner's like the one at Value Tire only wants your $$ at ANY COST.

The worst place to be! The ugly and lazy staff! Bought 2 tires and waited 1,5 hour while they didn't do anything with my car! After I said this to them they deliberately scratched my wheels and told me that it was before! Outrages behavior!!!
